Happy Birthday Tan

We made a cake and sang to our boy. Boy we miss that big mouth!

Just some fun pictures of Tan just before he left.

This was our last family night game. Remember the good ole days when we use to have races  putting together the puzzles. They had so much fun and didn't want to stop so they kept putting puzzles together during my lesson.

Half asleep waiting for her ride at 6:40. Thanks Shelby

Shelby and Brandon's Gift to Lexi

An awesome shoe rack! I've always wanted one so it was perfect!

A beautiful scarf and shirt. And an awesome wallet made out of leather! Can't get better than that!

The Attack of the Giant Snowman

Parks and I building our first snowman attack. It only snowed a bit so we used up all the snow in our front yard just for this tiny little thing.
AH! Attack of the giant snowman!

It was a tight war... Arrows in the giants body and the heads of the village men chopped off.

Notice that the giant snowman has a little snowman in his hand. Yep, it took skill to do that one. He's bringing the little precious up to his gaping mouth. Poor thing.

Yep, it's gory. But at least it makes a good laugh!

Christmas at Temple Square

Before Temple Square we got some cute model pictures of Kels.

Below they are watching to see who's going to win the arm wrestling contest Daxton or Lydia.

Another picture of the two boys for another calandar

Our sweet JD visited for a couple days what a treat
Now at Temple Square! The picture behind us gives you a clue to what we were doing.

Cassidy and Daniel posing at the spot where Daniel proposed and two years later with a baby in tow.

Shae was loving posing for pictures. Everytime I got my camera out she wanted it of her. Ha! I have lots of my little angel. oops I mean tall angel.
Love the architecture at Temple Square. The intricate carvings, marble pillars and stained glass windows.

No one around today. It was wonderful. The best time I've had there because I don't like crowds so we got to do lots of jumping pictures. Shae had a ball.

                                                                              Love this tree!

Had to get a jumping picture of Parks facing forward even though the other are just coming down. And some never really left the ground (Shae could that be you)

Parks wanted to show all of his gifts off that JD and McCall made. JD drew the Beatle pictures and all the vegetables.

Last of all Parks favorite gift from Santa ------- a pocket trumpet!!!!!

Sluggish Tuesday

Oh yes, as it is shown on the cartoon this story has something to do with the bus stop. Have you ever waited a bus stop in 15 degree weather hoping the bus will come. Well, it happened to me. I went to the bus stop at 7:20 and we were waiting around not thinking the bus would be really late. I looked up and saw the beautiful sunrise (one of the only good things that morning) and was happy.  Well, after 20-30 minutes we started to wonder, where is the bus. That is when I went home and got hot chocolate for my friends. It was freezing cold, my toes were starting to fall off, and the girls were starting to scream how there fingers, noses, and ears were numb. We were there till 8:30 and by then my toes had fallen off (just kidding). Then the good Samaritans (the Evenson family) decided to take us in so we weren't cold. Then it went up from there, because we got to laugh, drink hot chocolate, and we were warm. We then rode the handicap bus at 9:00 (finally), and got to school at 9:10. We talked about how we will always remember this momentous day. I know I will. There was only 7 of us who waited for the bus. At least we were late for school. Also to go with that J.D. and Lydia left in the morning. I was sad to see them go, it was fun to hang out with them.
