Emree's One year Birthday Party!

I forgot to get a picture of the jars but you can kind of see them in the background with the No. 1 year old sign in the middle. All the jars were filled with candy and we had to guess how many were in each and whoever got the closest one the jar of candy.
Lydia is the happiest in this car that went through nine children and is still barely working.
                                                                                                  McCalls fam!
Cute cousins. Oops Keo can't sit up by himself and Emree is wondering what she should do.
                                                                                Beautiful sisters and handsome Cal
JD I wish my daddy could make cakes like you.
Is that a Tanner look a like behind the cute couple. See Cassidy's new styling haircut?
This is where Emree got burned and then refused to eat her cake.
A beautiful relaxing night to have the party.
                                                                                                  Lydia just chillin
Emrees pictures strung together through the trees. Homemade owls on another tree and birthday signs and flowers McCall made hanging from the tree. The place was decked out for a great party. Thanks McCall for the fun time.

Mom and Cassidy sporting the same great looking skirt and shoes! Hmmm....great minds think a like, do ya think?
Here is most of us that made the annual trek up the mountain to our private little spot in Little Cottonwood Canyon sans mom and dad. Remember the year we went up there as a family and got run out by a huge mexican contingent that came up there to roast their pig? Here were eating our pb&js and the next thing we knew we were surrounded right there in the middle of the forest. Our who can forget the time Shae wandered off? We were frantic looking for her. I remember Mom and I saying a prayer silently in our minds to find her and we did but it was a helpless feeling there for awhile!
Here is Shae with her roomates....love the red hair! They liven our Sunday afternoons when they come to pick up Shae.
More pictures of 24th. Two beautiful ladies!
Guess who rules the roost in this fam? It is the big Cal!
Hmmm....now where did I put those rocks to throw in the water, they must be here somewhere!

Trek, shoes, and Shae

Well, Lexi and I had the privilege to go on Trek and it was a wonderful experience. I feel bad for all of you that didn't get to go on Trek. It was great I had so much fun. I'd say the best part was the river crossing, and getting to dunk people in the water. After a hot day it was very nice to jump into water. All and all we walked 32 miles, and our campsite was the farthest possible away. Instead of walking 3 miles to Martin's Cove we walked 7 miles, so there and back was 14 miles on the hottest day of the year for Wyoming 102 degrees. There was a lot of miracles on Trek. We had a horrible windstorm down at camp and it destroyed tents and picked up heavy propane tanks which was thrown into cars. The miracle is that no one was there to get hurt. I learned that Gatorade makes me really sick (some kind of allergic reaction, I don't know), and the first and second day was miserable because they made me drink it and I could hardly walk because of pain and throwing up feelings. I then drank water rather than Gatorade and I was fine the last 2 days. We learned a lot about pioneers and I was thinking of how most of them lost someone in their family. I couldn't bare to loose anyone of my family members (especially Lexi since she is closest in age and my best friend). You might be wondering why did Parker put shoes in the title of the post page. Well, I'll tell you and show you pictures. These shoes have been through 3 generations of boys and they have been my favorite. They died on Trek, sad to say. And I decided to hang them on my wall as memory of them. You can also see their spirits going off to the spirit world. I was so good at taking pictures I caught that moment.
Also Shae was a pig tonight, and she out ate us all. She ate 3 enchiladas, 3 piece of zucchini bread, beans, and 2 pieces of cheesecake! She was so proud of her self, she pumped up her fist in joy. It was also Daniel's Birthday and we had a awesome birthday dinner. We had cheesecake which was delicious. (If you can't read what it says on the paper tell me and I will write it in a comment box).
So mom wanted to show everyone this. The picture of Lexi and I in our pioneer cloths. And also my sweet pocket watch that everyone loved and was great for trek so I knew what time it was. At least 10 people on Trek when they saw me in my brown vest where like, "Parker you look really sharp." I guess I am a really pointy. Haha that's a real knee slapper.

4th of the July fun

The fourth was a blast! I love the 4th of July so much it is my second favorite Holiday. To start of the day we went to the Pepperwood and had a great breakfast. Then Lexi and I played singles in tennis and got creamed by to guys. I lost 2-6, she lost 1-6. Then we played doubles together and lost 2-6... not our best day. J.D., Jason, and some other guy formed a basketball group and they got all the way to the championship but they lost. It was funny to see a guy try to block J.D.'s shot and fly over is back. Then we all played sand volleyball it was really fun, but we lost. Then after that we all cooled off and went swimming, quite refreshing. Then we all went home and had a barbeque which was delicious. We sat around and we all talked and had fun. Well, everybody left, and as for me I did fireworks with Jay and Lexi and we watched a movie "Wrath of the Titans." Thanks to mom we didn't get any pictures at all on the fourth of July. We did get some pictures though on our "Friday Camp out." Well it was supposed to be a camp out kind of hike thing. But instead we just had tin foil dinners at our house. We also had some banana boats, yum! We played Botche ball and my team won yeah!
Awe how cute!

Fun in the Sun

Well, it was a great Sunday with the family. We had our birthday dinner for J.D. and Kelsi. Happy Birthday you guys, thanks for being born so we could have such a marvelous dinner. We played Boche ball outside, because Lydia wanted to go outside so we all followed her out. It was real fun and takes some getting used too. Lexi and Kelsi beat J.D. and McCall/me. It was ok after because Daniel and I creamed Kelsi and Jason. The grand babies were very cute, and mom was so attracted to them she couldn't stop taking pictures of them. We swung Lydia in a swing an she loved it and never wanted to leave. That is what she is lying in that picture, her red blanket swing. Oh yeah and look at the great looking shot of me, Ha ha. I also love the awesome hats of Daniel and J.D. they should where those for Halloween. Shae didn't want to go outside, but at least she is smiling. P.S. Sorry for the messed up set up, our computer stinks. I cant change the pictures sizes or where they should go.
